Aldus Gallery Effects: Classic Art, Volume 2 is a library of 16 painterly effects that automatically transforms scanned photographs and other bitmap images into dramatic artistic works.
The effects are: Accented Edges, Angled Strokes, Bas Relief, Colored Pencil, Diffuse Glow, Glowing Edges, Grain, Note Paper, Palette Knife, Patchwork, Photocopy, Rough Pastels, Sprayed Strokes, Stamp, Texturizer, and Underpainting. All the effects are applied in an automatic way and can be customized for thousands of variations.
The effects are provided as plug-in filters that can be seamlessly integrated into graphics programs such as: Aldus Gallery Effects, Aldus SuperPaint 3.0, Aldus Digital Darkroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, ColorStudio 1.5, PixelPaint Professional 2.0, Fractal Design Painter, StrataVision 3d 2.5, and other programs that use Photoshop-compatible plug-in filters. By adding Gallery Effects to any of these programs, you significantly increase your image-enhancement capabilities.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
The Gallery Effects: Classic Art, Volume 2 filters require a host application within which to apply the effects. Compatible host applications include Aldus Gallery Effects, Aldus SuperPaint 3.0, Aldus Digital Darkroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, ColorStudio 1.5, PixelPaint Professional 2.0, Fractal Design Painter, StrataVision 3d 2.5, and other programs that use Photoshop-compatible plug-in filters.
Gallery Effects requires System version 6.0.5 or later, Finder version 6.1 or later, and 32-bit QuickDraw 1.2 or later. Gallery Effects is compatible with System 7.0.
Minimum: Macintosh LC; Classic II, SE/30, or PowerBook 140 or 170 with color monitor and card; 2 MB of memory; hard disk.
Recommended: Macintosh II series or Quadra 700 and 900, 4 MB of memory, hard disk.
